Mas huni is breakfast: smoked tuna, grated coconut, chopped chilli and onion, eaten with chapati-like roshi. Garudhiya is dinner: a clear tuna broth with lime, rice, and curry leaves. Hedhikaa is everything in between — fried short eats sold from small cafes called hotaa.
